Hello. Patricia Parkins here welcoming you to my website. This page is my opportunity to let you know who I am and how I can serve your real estate needs. First of all, I wasnʼt born here so I think I understand some of the unique differences between Victoria and some other parts of our wonderful country. Starting out in Montreal, I also resided in Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia as well as in the U.S.A. and England. And I can say with great enthusiasm that I think Victoria must be one of the best places on Earth – we have a gentle climate, gorgeous West Coast scenery, diverse and creative people of all ages. We have a stable and safe little city with a commitment to heritage preservation, a respect for its first citizens and a comprehensive approach to development. This is my Victoria.
